Sheryl Underwood was born in the state of Arkansas and grew up there. She became a TV host for the daytime talkshow The Talk. Her TV professional career started in 1992 when she was a guest performer for the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. She also appeared in 2000 as a host on the TV talk show Oh Drama! Then in 2011, she started participating on The Talk as co-host. She's also appeared in fictional show like Bulworth Niki and Beauty Shop.
